COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINES

Your health and safety continue to be our top priority. The outbreak of the novel coronavirus has changed the international landscape, and as we return to some semblance of normalcy, we want to assure you that we will continue to follow all CDC-recommended safety protocols.

You can expect to see the following safety precautions at all BMW Track Night events at Palm Beach International Raceway moving forward:

Registration & Check-In:
Registration and check-in will be contactless. Participants will sign waivers and perform license captures as part of the preregistration process. All participants and guests are asked to register in advance. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR quote. The QR code allows for contactless check-in when arriving on-site.

Please be aware that you will be required to sign a track waiver upon entering Palm Beach International Raceway. It is advised to bring a pen so you do not have to share with other track guests.

Capacity:
Each event is limited to a maximum of 5 sessions with a maximum of 4 participants per session. Guests will have the opportunity to experience a total of 4 different vehicles on the track.

Vehicles:
Prior to the start of each track event, as well as after each session, the interior of all vehicles will be cleaned and disinfected, and exterior contact points wiped down.

Helmets:
Helmets are available for participants to borrow. Helmets are used once per activation and are disinfected before and after each track event.
Personal helmets may be used as long as they are SNELL rated 2910 or 2015.

PPE, Hygiene & More:
Hygiene Kit:
Upon check-in every participant will be provided with a personal hygiene kit. That kit includes:
  - One helmet head sock (Balaclava)
  - One face mask
  - One 1 oz bottle of hand sanitizer
  - One pack of disinfecting wipes

Hygiene Stations:
A hygiene station is available at the registration area for additional face masks, gloves, hand sanitizer & wipes

General Operations:
BMW staff will wear face masks at all times to prevent the possible spread of the coronavirus. Per track guidelines, attendees are also required to wear face masks upon entering the grounds and must continue to wear the mask for the duration of the event. If you arrive without a face mask, please indicate to gate staff that you are participating in the BMW event and they will provide you with a mask.

As the event begins, you will be provided a head sock. The head sock does count as a mask if worn over the mouth and nose.

We encourage all participants to social distance, and we are asking everyone to keep at least 6ft between them and other attendees.

All touchpoints will be disinfected and wiped down during and between use.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you have been in contact with confirmed or suspected persons or if you feel unwell please refrain from attending the event. We will be happy to assist you in moving your registration to another available date. Please let us know as soon as possible, so we are able to give you the largest selection of available dates. If you have any questions, please reach out to our staff. BMWSouth@EventsBMW.com
